Watermelon and Feta Salad

Required:

1 baby watermelon
200 g of feta
1/2 tropea onion
50 g of pitted black olives
mint

The recipe is really simple and quick. You just have to cut all the ingredients, combine them and season them as you like. Want to know a little tip? To cut the watermelon, we recommend using an ice cream spoon to create small balls of pulp.

Spaghetti with tuna and lemon

320 g spaghetti
300 gr tuna in oil

Required:

500 g of courgettes
4 of eggs
20 g of Parmesan
salt and pepper
150 g of soft cheese
100 g of cooked ham

Let’s start by cutting the courgettes into julienne strips with the help of a grater. Beat the eggs with the Parmesan, salt and pepper and once blended, add the courgettes. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper and then bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C. Once cooked, roll it in parchment paper and leave to cool. Then gently open the roll and add stracchino and ham. Roll it up again and place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour, after which you can proceed by cutting it into slices and creating rolls.
